We provide specialist autism support tailored to the individual, helping people build confidence, develop skills and live meaningful, independent lives. Our approach is person-centred, respectful and shaped around each individual’s sensory, communication and support needs.

All support is delivered by trained staff, with personalised support plans designed in collaboration with the individual and, where appropriate, their family or support network.

Supported Living
Our supported living services offer flexible, tailored support that can include:

1:1 or 2:1 support, up to 24 hours per day

Mentoring, advice and guidance

Support to develop independence and self-confidence

Help with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning and organisation

Support with communication skills

Opportunities for social interaction and community involvement

Outreach & Community Support
Our flexible outreach service supports people on the autism spectrum to access opportunities outside their home. This may include assistance to take part in hobbies, sports or social activities, support with accessing education or employment, and help to engage confidently within the community.
Education Support
We offer tailored educational support designed to help individuals succeed and enjoy learning in a way that works for them. One-to-one support may include:

Support is adapted to individual learning styles and needs.
Emergency & Respite Support
Primecare Health Ltd can also provide emergency and respite support for families who require short-term assistance. Support can be delivered in the home on either a short-term or longer-term basis, depending on individual circumstances.
