My Dad receives care visits from the Primecare team at his home in sheltered housing in. The service is very good, but I would particularly like to commend Gary for his absolutely outstanding delivery of care to my Dad. My Dad has experienced very low moods and mental health difficulties over the last year, and Gary has greatly exceeded our expectations of what the care service could provide. He is consistently caring, compassionate, patient and supportive towards Dad, as well as being extremely attentive to his practical needs. Gary is so dedicated, and always tries to keep me informed about issues that arise for my Dad, as well as updating me with information as to how circumstances develop. I know that my Dad really values the support he receives, and I also very much appreciate the excellent care service, especially from Gary. I hope he will be recognised for the brilliant contribution he is making. Thank you for the support.

It was my last day today, I just wanted to say a massive thank you. I am sad to be leaving, I have learnt a lot from the short time I have worked. It was my first ever job and I had no idea what I was walking into but you all made it welcoming and reassuring, supportive and a nice working environment. You listened to me and my worries.
