Our care at home services are designed to support individuals to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes. We provide flexible, person-centred support tailored to individual needs, routines and preferences.
Support can range from short visits to full-day or overnight care, with services available up to 24 hours a day.
Personal Care
We can provide respectful, dignified support with everyday personal care tasks, including:

Support with toileting and continence

Dressing and assistance getting in and out of bed

Meal preparation and support with nutrition

Companionship & Befriending
Our companionship services help individuals remain socially connected and engaged in their community. Support may include:

Domestic Support & Cleaning
We also offer practical support to help individuals maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home environment, including:

Flexible & Responsive Support
Our care at home services are fully flexible and can be tailored to meet individual needs. Support can range from 30-minute visits to 24-hour care, depending on requirements.
We also operate a 24-hour emergency on-call service, with an experienced senior member of the team available at all times to provide advice and support.
