Safeguarding & Protection
Safeguarding is a core priority at Primecare Health Ltd. We have robust adult support and protection procedures in place to ensure individuals are protected from harm, neglect or abuse.

All staff receive safeguarding training and are supported to recognise, report and respond to concerns appropriately. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to abuse and take all concerns seriously.
Staff Recruitment, Training & Supervision

All team members are recruited through safe recruitment practices, including appropriate checks such as PVG Scheme membership and SSSC registration where required. Staff complete a full induction programme and receive ongoing training relevant to their role.
