SOCIAL CARE WORKER

As a Social Care Worker with Primecare Health Ltd, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that supports independence, dignity and wellbeing.
What You’ll Do
As a Social Care Worker, you will:

Provide personalised support in line with individual care plans

Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing and continence support

Support individuals with daily activities including meal preparation, shopping and household tasks

Help people attend appointments and access their local community

Promote independence, choice and confidence through respectful, person-centred care
-
Build positive, trusting relationships with individuals and their families
This role is about supporting people to live their lives in a way that matters to them — not just completing tasks.

Previous experience in care is helpful but not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Hours & Location
Location: Edinburgh & West Lothian
Hours: Flexible shift patterns
Pay: £12.90 - £14.00 per hour
